Cherbourg Hospital
Cherbourg Hospital is located on Fisher Street, not far from the Cherbourg Aboriginal Shire Council. After the retirement of former Hospital Manager, Elaine Berlin, the Cherbourg Hospital has employed more staff from around the South Burnett area and has been delivering reasonable service to Cherbourg and visiting residents. To the Hospital's addition, there is now a Dialysis Unit for patients with Dialysis. Regular Women's Health Check-up are usually done in a small hut-like building behind the hospital, they specificially deal with teenage pregnancy and other issues that relate to & may affect women's health in general.
While working in partnership with the Cherbourg Community Health Clinic, the Cherbourg Hospital has been making excellent progress with the update of medical & physical check-up for men, women & children of all ages.
If you would like to know more of this organisation or would like to enquire about anything, then please contact our Director of Nursing, Rebecca West, on 4169 8800.
