Certificate III in Conservation and Ecosystem Management – Training Opportunity

Certificate III in Conservation and Ecosystem Management is an entry-level qualification designed to prepare students for careers in land management, conservation projects, and environmental work. Participants can develop practical skills such as plant identification, seed collection and propagation, revegetation work, and operating equipment used in conservation projects.

The course is delivered through TAFE Queensland at the Cairns campus, with study taking place through a series of residential training blocks over approximately nine months.

For eligible Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students, Fee-Free TAFE and Away From Base funding may be available, which can help cover costs such as travel, accommodation and meals.
