- Applications are required for Essential Services Providers and Medical Appointments
- Call Cherbourg Shire Council on 4168 1866 or Movement Officer: Lynette Brown on 0436 633 589 or email: LynetteB@cherbourg.qld.gov.au
- Approval or Disapproval decision will come from Bio Security Officer and LDMG Chair
- Result will be sent to Movement Officer – Lynette Brown
- Clearance to move through Checkpoint issued
