Cherbourg Wellbeing Indigenous Corporation (CWB) is seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team. We are a newly established organization focused on justice reinvestment to reduce the rate of contact with the justice system among our children, youth, and adults. Currently hiring for the following positions:

  1. Administration Officer
    • Full-time, 12-month contract with the possibility of extension
    • Key responsibilities include maintaining administrative systems, supporting project initiatives, and ensuring efficient office operations.

  2. Coordinator
    • Full-time, 12-month contract with the possibility of extension
    • Responsible for managing staff, coordinating service delivery, and developing partnerships with government and non-government organizations.

  3. Youth Worker
    • Full-time, 12-month contract with the possibility of extension
    • Focused on working with children referred from Youth Justice or other agencies, developing work plans, and supporting young people.
